The last of Erie's annual fall attractions opens this weekend, which means you can cram your free time full of Erie's fall fun between now and Halloween! We have all the Erie fall attractions listed in our Macaroni KID Erie Fall and Halloween Fun Guide. We also have all the one-time events you won't want to miss this season and where to pick apples — all in one easy-to-find spot!



FREE: Night Hikes at Asbury Woods

Discover how the woods come alive as the sun goes down. This guided hike will take participants through the woods, fields, and wetlands to experience the sights and sounds of an Asbury Woods evening. Comfortable shoes are a must, as this hike will be approximately 1.5 miles long. Free. No registration required. Thursday, Sept. 23

Wine Country Harvest Festival in North East

Go wine hopping! From rosé to sparkling wines, you get to taste some of the best local wines at North East's Wine Country Harvest Fest. There is a full lineup of live music, along with entertainers ranging from jugglers to balloon artists. Free admission. Friday,Sept. 24-Sunday, Sept. 26

Candlelight Ghost Walks in Girard

Beneath Girard’s quiet, quaint exterior lies a hotbed of paranormal activity, with the spirits of long-dead citizens still making appearances in our current century. Along with Girard’s hauntings, participants will also learn its remarkable history, including stories of the incredible deeds of a secret network of law-breakers who harbored fugitive slaves as they made their way to Canada on the Underground Railroad. Ages 6 and up. Registration required. Adults $5, seniors $4, children 6-12: $3. Saturday, Sept. 25

Sidewalk Sundays on the Hill District

It's the last Sidewalk Sunday of the year! Come to the Hill District for music, food trucks, fashion, shopping and more! Free admission. Sunday, Sept. 26
