Fill Your Bucket at a Free Writing Class at Scott Park July 19-23

NAMI of Erie County is hosting this free one week course and it is open to ALL

By Kara Murphy July 14, 2021

When is the last time you asked yourself what YOU need? As parents and caregivers, we can't do our best if our own bucket is empty — we have nothing left to give!

I have a great opportunity coming up that will give you the chance to fill your own bucket back to the brim — and become more empathetic and patient parents or caregivers in the process.

Plus it's FREE!

NAMI of Erie County is offering a FREE writing class called "The Hero's Journey: Exploring Our Individual Challenges With Mental Health" every day from noon to 1 p.m. July 19-23 at Scott Park.

This adult support group will explore through writing the quest we're all on to find acceptance of ourselves and others. Every day we will explore where our beliefs, values, and actions come from and learn ways to change those that no longer serve us.

This class is open to ALL and is FREE  —  so invite your friends too!

To register email Tracy@NAMIErie.org. If you're interested, please register TODAY as they have a minimum class size needed to meet to hold this amazing class!
