FREE: Kids' Haircuts at Elle's Hair Studio

Description

Elle's Hair Studio offers free haircuts to kids twice a year -- once at the end of the school year and once at the beginning of the school year. Each child who gets their hair cut will have their name entered to win a kids summer basket. No appointments will be taken. After their haircut is complete kids can pick a (temporary/shampoo out) fun spray color to finish off their look!
