Fall is a great time to ride your bike. Stop by the Lincoln Community Center Library where the Erie County Department of Health will provide information about bicycle safety and you can get fitted for a FREE bicycle helmet. There are a variety of sizes to meet your growing family’s needs. No registration required. Free helmets for children of all ages and teens, plus bike safety information available while supplies last, so stop in early.
