Are your Erie County kids learning remotely this school year? Are you having trouble balancing their educational needs against your work responsibilities? Several Erie area organizations are offering remote learning opportunities to help parents during this time:

💻Remote Learning at the YMCA of Greater Erie
The YMCA is providing full-day access for school-age children to their remote learning lessons. A healthy breakfast, lunch and snack is included in the daily rate as well as transportation to and from school. Enrollment is open at the Downtown location only at this point (8/17/2020) as all other locations are currently full. Please call the location and asked to be placed on a waiting list.

💻School Day Drop-In at Asbury Woods
Students in grades 1-4 can attend a morning and/or an afternoon session on Mondays and/or Thursdays. During these sessions, Asbury Woods education staff will create a positive, supportive learning environment for students. Lunches and snacks must be provided.
Cost is $25 for a morning or afternoon session, or $90 for both full-day programs. Extended care also available.

💻Remote Learning Day Camp at the Erie Zoo
Students in grades K-6 are invited to join in remote learning at the zoo from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. The zoo will provide animal-themed activities and walks around your child's remote learning schedule. All remote learning is through your child's school district. Lunches and snacks must be provided.
Cost is $35 per child per day, and $25 for each additional child for members, and $45 each day for non-members.

💻Fall Study Camp at Camp Fitch
The program will provide daily flexibility to drop off your school-age child(ren) at camp for half, full, or extended days Monday through Friday.
Cost is $40 for full-day, and $35 for each additional child. Half-day cost is $20 per child. Extended day is also available.
