The expERIEnce Children's Museum is saying "Bye Bye" to its Outdoor Classroom with an all day party!
The outdoor classroom is making way for the extensive and exciting museum renovations.
Join in the fun at the "Bye Bye Bash" Saturday, March 19 — the event will include visits by Pete the Cat, who will bid the outdoor classroom farewell with books, activities and giveaways. He'll be reading "Construction Destruction" every hour on the hour between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
In addition, families who attend will have the chance to:
👷🏽♀️Grab a hard hat and begin to create your own museum,
⏰Help fill a time capsule,
🌈Make a pinwheel,
🍩 Enjoy treats graciously donated by Tim Hortons,
🧺Take a chance on a gift basket.
Activities run from 10:00am to 4:00pm so stop by and say 'Bye-Bye!'
All activities are while supplies last on a first come, first serve basis. Free for members and regular admission prices apply. No free passes or coupons will be accepted for this special event.
Mask Policy: As of March 1st, universal indoor masking is no longer required by all children (ages 2 and older), staff, and visitors at the expERIEnce Children’s Museum. Those who are not vaccinated are strongly encouraged to wear a mask while in the facility. This policy will be in effect for all other events and programming, including classes and camps.
