We were just looking for a fun, low-key day trip near Erie, and Port Farms Summer Days totally surprised us. Between the colorful flower fields, relaxing wagon rides, and nonstop fun with the kids, it turned into one of those rare days our family still talks about. We left with a mason jar full of fresh blooms (that lasted for weeks) and tons of photos that I love.

Running Fridays through Sundays, August 2 to September 7 in 2025, Port Farms goes all-in on summer with:
- 🌻 Acres of flower fields (sunflowers, zinnias, cosmos)
- 🫙 Choose your-own-adventure: Take home a FREE mason jar of flowers with general admission—pick your own bouquet! OR enjoy 2 rides on the Mini Excavator/Dig-Zone Sandbox (extra tokens available to purchase for more digging fun)
- 🎡 Over 20+ attractions: jumping pillows, Tiny Town, wagon rides, goat mountain, characters, and more
- 🍻 On-site restaurant and beer garden: Poverty Knob Farmhouse Ales is kid- and dog-friendly!
We will absolutely go back for another afternoon at Port Farms Summer Days in 2025. It is a low-stress, totally gorgeous way to spend a day... and the kids were entertained for hours.

Why You Can't Miss a Day at Port Farms Summer Event
Port Farms Fall Fest is already a must-do in Erie, and now Summer Days is quickly becoming the can't-miss summer tradition too. Last year we walked away with some of my favorite photos of the summer, fresh-cut flowers that lasted for weeks, and great memories. There's nothing else like it near Erie!
