Find Out Where To Celebrate National Night Out in Erie County

United Way of Erie County has proudly sponsored local National Night Out (NNO) events since 2004. The following organizations are receiving grant funding from United Way to hold a National Night Out events on Tuesday, August 6, 2024. Attend to meet your neighbors and help build a stronger, friendlier community where you live!

In the past, NNO events have taken many forms, including but not limited to block parties, cookouts, parades, visits from emergency personnel, rallies and marches, exhibits, youth events, safety demonstrations and seminars.  

Below are details on this year's Erie County National Night Out events:

Academy Neighborhood Association (Erie, PA)
Location: Baker Field: E 32 and Holland
Time: 6-8 p.m.

Bayfront East Side Taskforce | Youth Leadership Institute of Erie
Location: Wallace Street Park in East Bayfront
Time: 4-8 p.m.

Belle Valley Fire Department
Location: 1514 Norcross Road
Time: 6-8 p.m.

Borough of Union City Police Department | Union City Family Support Center
Location: Caflisch Park
Time: 6-8 p.m.

East Middle, a United Way community school | Edison Elementary, a United Way community school, Pfeiffer Burleigh Elementary, a United Way community school
Location: Wayne Park
Time: 5-7 p.m.

Elk Valley Elementary, a United way community school | Elk Valley Elementary PTO | Elk Creek Recreation | Rice Avenue Community Public Library | Love, Inc.
Location: Girard High School (student parking lot)
Time: 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Fairview Fire and Rescue
Location: 7190 West Ridge Rd.
Time: 6-8 p.m.

Greene Township
Location: 9333 Tate Road

Housing Authority | Erie Heights
Location: 38th and Garden Avenue (Pavilion near Boulevard)
