Camp Hawthorne Ridge in Girard Township boasts more than 200 beautiful, wooded acres and features day camp sessions for girls entering grades K-5. Girls don't have to join a troop to attend summer camp. They can join as an Indie Girl Scout for just $25 and enjoy camp, plus any other activities or events that fit their schedule!
Because we’re committed to a safe, nurturing environment for children, all our camp properties are accredited by the American Camp Association (ACA). This means our camp operations meet the ACA standards, particularly those related to program quality and the health and safety of campers and staff.
Girl Scout Camp gives girls a chance to explore their interests, build friendships, jump into new adventures, and create amazing memories that will last a lifetime. Your girl can choose from fun day camp sessions focused on baking, crafting, hiking, and more!
To make our camps accessible to all, we’re offering a tiered pricing model that allows you to select the pricing structure that works best for your family—no financial documents are required. Financial assistance is also available.
