Are you looking for a new way to bond with baby? Have you tried baby massage? This workshop is an introduction to different techniques on how to give your baby massages.

This workshop ideal for newborns - 1-year-olds.

Baby Massage helps bond parent and baby, improves babies' sleep, helps with constipation, gas, and colic, and can even help promote healthy growth.

12:50 - Feed/Diaper Break
1:10 - Technique #2 begins

Yoga mat
Blanket for baby
Lotion or oil for baby
