The Crawford Area Young Chamber of Commerce (CAYCC) is pleased to again be hosting the Meadville Halloween Parade! We invite you to join us on Saturday, October 30th to celebrate our 55th edition! This year’s theme is “Under the Big Top." This is the biggest nighttime parade in Pennsylvania!
