Description
The next generation of gardeners and nature enthusiasts is just on the horizon! This program is designed for middle-schoolers to receive training in plant science. It includes numerous hands-on experiences in field botany and garden maintenance.
Parents and guardians are welcome to attend this program with their children, but are not required.
Classes will be held Thursdays June 15 – Aug. 24 from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.

July 6: Perennials & Planting
July 13: Weeds, Watering and Edging
July 20: Collecting Specimens and Journaling
July 27: Flower Dissection
Aug. 3: Fruit Dissection
Aug. 12: Wildflower and Tree ID
Aug. 24: Non-flowering Plant ID
